Terrorist fronts in west are using constituency pressure to influence their governments to lobby the global human rights body.
In the lead up to the UNHRC resolution against Sri Lanka in March 2021, British politicians are under pressure from LTTE fronts masquerading as community organizations. These terrorist fronts are providing both donations and votes to British politicians such as Stephen Kinnock MP to advance the LTTE agenda.
Promoting the “genocide” narrative are the LTTE fronts Canadian Tamil Congress (CTC), Australian Tamil Federation (ATF), British Tamil Forum (BTF) and the Global Tamil Forum (GTF). In the UK, the Minister for Asia Nigel Adams is under pressure from three terrorist fronts.
(1) The BTF leader
Suren Surendran who took over GTF from Father S.J.Emmanuel is leading the campaign. The GTF took over the premier LTTE International Federation of Tamils led by Arunachalam Chrishanthakumar alias Shanthan.

While Shanthan is a convicted criminal, Suren and Emmanuel were designated as a terrorist personality under the UNSCR 1373.
(2) Another LTTE activist Sen Kandiah who operated BTF established Tamils for Labour, another organisation lobbying the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The FCO in the UK met with LTTE fronts periodically.
3) With UK investigating the leaders of terrorist fronts, BTF and GTF are now operating under another British entity – the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Tamils (APPGT). The Sri Lankan community is planning to request UK authorities to investigate APPGT’s Elliot Colburn and Paul Scully for accepting LTTE donations. The cover of the terrorist front APPGT that lobbied UK government to move a resolution against Sri Lanka is under scrutiny. Furthermore, two terrorist fronts in Washington DC and Canberra are under police investigation after British Tamils Forum (BTF) was shut down by the UK courts.
They are the US Tamil Political Action Council (USTPAC) the and the Australian Tamil Congress (ATC), both BTF partners that raised millions of dollars for terrorism in Sri Lanka. Until recently they masqueraded as human rights organizations. Sri Lanka is at peace since the conflict ended in May 2009 but the fronts that funded the LTTE have transformed into wealthy lobbying groups.
